Warmer Air by Jeremy Geddes

Jeremy Geddes is on the verge of releasing a new print titled Warmer Air. The size of the print and price is yet to be determined, but the good news is that this will be offered as a timed release for those that have been shut out of the last few drops. Also, a mini print will be added to the mix. I will be sure to update this post when more details arrive.

This is a small and fast (for me) painting, measuring at 37 * 58 cm. It doesn’t have the detail of my large paintings due to it’s size, but I think the brushwork at the micro level is perhaps some of the best I’ve done.

It is also one of the last cosmonaut paintings I’m planning on producing (there’s one or two more in the pipeline), although future work should be evolution of those themes, rather than a radical departure.

Given so many people missed out on the last few prints, we’ll be making this one available as a timed release, and as a mini print (similar in size to the Cluster Study), with the price as low as possible. It should mean that anyone who is interested in a cosmonaut print will be able to to grab this one.

Harland Miller has released a new print through White Cube called Death, What’s In It For Me?. This is an edition of 50 + 10 APs. The price is £1,400.00, but will rise in price for every 10 prints sold. Further details are below.

White Cube is pleased to release this new screenprint by Harland Miller. Miller is a painter and writer and his book cover imagery always toys sardonically with language. Here the screenprint returns the book cover to the graphic process of printmaking, and yet the painterly qualities of the artist’s work are still present.

‘Death, what’s in it for me?’ is based on an original watercolour by the artist. Using humour and the cerise and white design of the Pengiun cover that represents the ‘travel and adventure’ series, Miller wryly encourages us to consider the greatest metaphysical adventure of all.

This print is being released for Easter 2011 and will be delivered at the end of May 2011. The price will rise with every ten editions sold. In order to give all of our collectors a chance to purchase this we are limiting orders to a maximum of three per person.

New JR Print Release At Studiocromie

According to Studiocromie, the newest JR print(s) will be “~~released tomorrow morning~~ ” (AVAILABLE NOW). While there has been no time set in stone, the details of the print have. There will be a black and white edition which is limited to m100 prints for 450 euros. The color edition will come in Red, Yellow or Green, each colorway is limited to 10 pieces and the price will be 650 euros. Keep an eye on the website…these are in very high demand.
